About Biltmore Park
Biltmore Park is a beautiful mini-village nestled just South of downtown Asheville, NC.
Some of the stores and brands you’ll find are national chains like Barnes & Noble, REI, and Coldstone Creamery. As well as smaller brands like Brixx Pizza.
The land Biltmore Park is built on was the Vanderbilt family’s former dairy farm. Jack Cecil, the grandson of George Vanderbilt (builder of the Biltmore Estate) had the original idea for the mini-city.
Biltmore Park attempts to capture the feelings of environmental sustainability by making everything within walking distance. This reduces traffic and promotes green living within the community.
The town square offers 42 acres of mixed-use land, featuring Class-A office spaces, luxury condos, a fully outfitted YMCA, numerous shops, and a Regal Cinema.
The rest of the community is roughly 750 acres of luxury homes, more condos, town homes, and community areas. Homes are a mix of arts-and-crafts and traditional architecture.
Biltmore Park Town Square was chosen to participate in the LEED-ND Program, (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design – Neighborhood Development), a program studying how developments can reduce sprawl, encourage healthy living, reduce dependence on vehicles, and protect the environment.
If you’re thinking about relocating to Biltmore Park, we recommend staying at the Hilton Hotel on campus.
